CloudFront Functions? Like Lambda@Edge? Just saw this in the SDK, waiting for AWS to blog about it.
Sometimes it seems like AWS has so many features that even they forget sometimes what they have and just recreate them.
"The current state of terminal emulation for CLIs reminds me of the insect typewriters from 'Naked Lunch': the basic features one would expect are there, along with some very unwanted ones, but pieced together in an outright disgusting way. ” https://t.co/UT1ai2ezvr
@martijn_grooten :
You use this one ☝️too. This is a shell built-in and there are quite a few things that you can do with it (e.g. bool operator, define a variable only if it's not defined yet)
: > /tmp/empty_file
: ${not_defined_var=my-value}

@shehackspurple@LinkedInHelp Th feed is pretty annoying. More I interact with a person, less their contents shows on my feed (+the feed update 💢)
Do they use their own data to display the content to users? 🤔 I get more contents from politics or civil construction than IT 😅 (and I always mute non-IT stuff)
@kelseyhightower It's also increasing the search for other OSS/FOSS/FLOSS projects, which is pretty good/cool. I remember when I was starting, most of the tools were Enterprise tools and not that easy to get hands on.
I still remeber my first time working with ESX 3.5 running in a Dell PE :)
