15 Important SEO terms you must know (Save these)
SEO is an integral part of growing your business.
Even if you hire an expert to solve your SEO problems.
You still need to have a basic understanding of it.
Here are 15 terms that are a must to know:
Thanks for telling it like it is @neilpatel!
I’ve been providing marketing/PR services for over 22 years too
And I agree. It's for certain that…
1. It’s not that easy to make quick money or become popular overnight
2. It takes a long time! you have to be consistent for years.
The quickest way to get 1000 REAL followers who love to engage.
Whether it's a personal brand or a corporate brand, it’s hard to gain street cred without at least 1,000 followers.
Buying them does no good because they are junk followers who won’t engage, which will hurt your overall reach.
And you can’t just have a random 1000 people follow you because if your first 1000 followers aren’t the right type of followers, you won’t get the engagement, and it will again screw up your reach.
Here are 2 simple approaches work:
1. Go live with other people.
It’s really simple, hit up people to go live with on platforms like Instagram.
Their followers will start joining, and you will be seen as important as they associate their brand with yours.
You’ll get more followers by this.
You just have to hit up enough people.
If you DM 100 people, we see 18 responses on average.
11 will flat-out say no, and 7 want to learn more.
Out of the 7, 2 or 3 typically will go live with you.
2. Engage with other profiles and content that is about what you want to be known for.
For example, if someone posts something about marketing, I may engage in the comments and even respond to people who have questions… even if it is on someone else's post.
Just do those 2 things for a few weeks, and you should get 1000 followers.
It really isn’t that hard.
Oh, and of course, you have to post content. But posting alone won’t get you tons of followers.
But the above 2 things will help.

Shift efforts to executive social media management vs all corporate!
REAL audience connections happen when people in an organization share their own perspectives and insights.
It’s time to shift efforts to executive social media (and reputation) management.
