"[DeVonta Smith is] ready for this. He'll be able to handle this. He will be a 1,300, 1,400-yd receiver. It's the other guys."
@LRiddickESPN details potential concerns with the Eagles' WR core without A.J. Brown.
Love how the #Rams are going about their business. Have said it many times.
But also…
@seahawks
Kept their core intact /re-signed big time play makers.
Added a STUD in J Price at RB with very little mileage on his legs via the draft that is an EASY 1K+ rusher with enough attempts.
Drafted one of the best playmakers in the entire draft on defense in TCU safety Bud Clark that is destined for stardom alongside Witherspoon and Emmanwori.
They will be there in the end. Again.
@Marcus_Mosher It’s gives you the tools to construct a path in terms of strategy. Still have to execute the strategy of selection and development and utilization, the last part being THE most important. Something the Rams do as well as anyone in the league.
Just in case anyone forgot. The #NFLdraft consists of more than the first round.
Now that you know that…
#Rams have drafted the following players that are now starters/role players…
Puca -5th rd
Higbee - 4th rd * 2016
Ferguson - 2nd rd
Alaric Jackson - UDFA
Avila - 2nd rd
McClendon Jr - 5th rd
Kyren Williams - 5th rd
Blake Corum - 3rd rd
Fiske - 2nd rd
Kobie Turner - 3rd rd
Byron Young - 3rd rd
Kam Kinchens - 3rd rd
Q Lake - 6th rd
Omar Speights - UDFA
Tyler Davis - 6th rd
They know what they are doing. They know how to develop and utilize ALL types of players.
Even non first rounders. Imagine that.
Having a lot of draft picks doesn’t guarantee you anything other than being at the center of the conversation about how many picks you have, and how great it must be to have so many picks.
