By a vote of 40 to 3 this morning, the House and Ways Means Committee moved forward H.R. 7024, the “Tax Relief for American Families and Workers Act of 2024”. First announced earlier this week, one provision restores 100% bonus depreciation for 2023. Yes...last year.
