MA HIBBERD

I run real businesses in China. I pressure-test AI models, open-source useful bits, and share what the supply chain looks like.

Install v0.1.1 ZIP: https://t.co/fz1bg2XSgP | Setup: https://t.co/WrpwUZ3TpR. Early preview: local fixture tested; live signed-in capture is not accepted yet.

Skip the “viral score.” Study one Xiaohongshu (RED) note: capture what’s visible, add your take, export a source-linked brief. Manual capture runs locally; no paid API.

Early preview; live signed-in capture is unverified.

Browser action timed out. Did it save?

A second process resumes my demo and reads the saved state: one record, no blind re-submit.

Synthetic fixture; model integrations not live-tested. 12 MIT modules.

Bulk can cost more than bags.

In this example: 14 bags = USD 80 delivered; a 2-cubic-yard bulk minimum = USD 105. That’s USD 25 more on these quotes; prices vary.

CoverCalc Pro checks quantities, pack sizes and delivery before you order:

One insight. Four feeds. Four layouts—not four crops.

I built a free, local-first image maker for Pinterest, Instagram, Lemon8 and Facebook. Export 4 PNGs in one ZIP.

These are actual exports from one gardening example. Try it + source (MIT): https://t.co/477yO1Jh24

One keyword ≠ five identical articles.

I built a free tool to choose a creator POV, then plan distinct angles for X Articles, Quora & Medium. Add evidence; export Markdown or draft locally.

@BuildVTlabs Exactly. UNKNOWN is its own state. I made a synthetic test: process A saves once, loses the response; process B reads back before retrying. Live guide + two-process run: https://t.co/NqhxVIZzA0 How do you record the human-review handoff?

[MA HIBBERD @LRosamarina]

An agent booked a freight quote, then the tab died before the confirmation number landed. On retry it requested a second quote. Two bookings, one shipment.Rule I now hard-code: if the action creates a record on someone else’s system, the agent must show me the idempotency key before it is allowed to click again.Reads can retry. Writes that leave the building cannot.

[MA HIBBERD @LRosamarina]

Most browser-agent demos end at “Save clicked.”

The response vanishes. Would yours click again?

My demo resumes in a second process and verifies 1 saved record. Synthetic fixture; no model calls.

12 original prompt modules + 6 recovery cases (MIT):

Four real exports, one sample. Try the live studio: https://t.co/qZxm2hQJSg

Which platform layout should I improve next?

[MA HIBBERD @LRosamarina]

One idea → four images, each laid out for its feed.

I built Social Post Image Maker for Pinterest, Instagram, Lemon8 & Facebook. Four styles, English/中文 UI, local exports.

The preview shows real outputs from one sample. Free + MIT:

Browser agent clicked Save. The response vanished. Would yours click again?

I maintain Browser Agent Blueprint: 12 original prompt modules + 6 deterministic real-browser demo scenarios. MIT. Demo runs without model calls.

What’s the last AI output you almost sent to a supplier, then caught by hand?Mine was a unit conversion. Model turned 2.5mm wall thickness into 2.5 inches. Factory would have quoted a pipe, not a fitting.

[MA HIBBERD @LRosamarina]

Container loaders keep asking me “how many cartons fit” and then arguing about the leftover space.

I stopped answering in chat. A 40HQ with 12m³ of mixed cartons is not a mental math problem once you add pallet height and a 5cm brace gap.

Writing a small offline checker for it this week. Same rule as the last tool: formula visible, no account required, MIT.

[MA HIBBERD @LRosamarina]

Three things I check before I wire a new Chinese factory, in this order:1. Does the legal name on the invoice match the business license character for character.2. Is the export license still inside its validity window, not “renewal pending.”3. Are the bank account name and the company name the same entity. The free credit report in my bio covers 1 and 2. 3 you still have to ask the factory yourself.

[MA HIBBERD @LRosamarina]

Tested the same supplier-email task on two models this week.

Job: turn a messy WeChat thread plus three PDFs into a purchase order our factory can cut.

Frontier model got the quantities right and invented a delivery date that was never discussed.

The cheaper Chinese model missed one line item and refused to guess the date.

I shipped the second draft. Missing a line is cheaper than a fake date.

[MA HIBBERD @LRosamarina]

I run a foreign-trade business and a software company in China.

On this account I only post two things: what AI models actually did on live work (frontier and China’s cheaper ones), and the small tools I open-source after the job is done.

No model rankings. Receipts only.

Need a credit report on a Chinese company: questionnaire in the bio, back within 3 days.

Area alone won't tell you how many bags to buy. Add depth + bag size.

20 × 10 ft at 3 in = 50 cu ft. With 2 cu ft/bag and 0% allowance: 25 whole bags.

I open-sourced the checker: formula, offline HTML and demo.

Your browser agent times out after Save.
Would it write twice?

I built Browser Agent Blueprint with AI assistance.
2 processes. 1 saved record.
12 original prompt modules. MIT.

Actual local demo capture; no model calls.
