When this is all over and PlayStation finally comes to their senses and issues an apology and reversal, don’t let it down, they deserve to lose two generations for what they’ve done just like Xbox did. This is coming from a lifelong PlayStation fan. Drastic changes are needed.

@bigbropatchwork Well defending this behavior outright just sets a terrible precedent for indie developers, which are supposed to be leading this fucked up industry and winning. They can't win when their stuff is being stolen Left Right and Center constantly....
I hype up Jak II so much, thought I’d change things up and give Precursor Legacy some more love.
5 year old me from 2002 thought this was the coolest thing he’d ever seen at the time
the pokemon item you had almost no shot at owning.
in pokemon gold and silver, professor elm handed each player a single master ball as a gift. most players assumed that it was the same like generation 1 where you get only 1.
yet a second shot was hiding in goldenrod city. up in the radio tower, a lottery show called the lucky number show went on air every friday. the game drew a random five digit number, and if it lined up with the trainer id of any pokemon in your party or pc box, you took home a prize.
hitting the final two digits earned a pp up. matching three digits rewarded you with an exp. share. but if all five digits matched perfectly, you walked off with a second master ball.
each trainer id was randomly picked from 65,536 possible numbers. so for any single pokemon, your chance was a brutal 1 in 65,536, around 0.0015 percent. that bonus master ball is arguably the hardest item to get in the entire pokemon game series.
