@JudgeRyanWrigh1 Just had mine a couple weeks ago and it knocked me back pretty hard for a day, with residual weakness and aches for at least another day or two after that. The injection site was pretty sore for several days, too. Rest tomorrow, go slow on Monday. Good luck!

@La_Observadora1 @JaimeCGarcia13 The real reason is habit. It's just how I've always done it. Probably learned from my dad. I've done the warm-up/get in on occasion, but it feels weird. Wastes water? Maybe. Worried about slipping as I enter a wet tub? A little, as I get older. But mostly it's just habit.
