The excavation is completed and the retaining wall is beginning to take form on the LH Beard apartment building Minneapolis. LH Beard will be a 32-unit apartment building with a mix of two-bedroom, one-bedroom, and efficiency units. #builtforthechallenge #lsblack #building

We recently demoed the Fremont Avenue Bridge over the Greenway Trail and are building a new bridge in its place. We will be replicating the surrounding bridges by using different techniques to give the bridge a patina look.
