Lawyers who stand up for those that are falsely accused of blasphemy are being threatened by the same gangs. The fact that the FIA has opened an enquiry against @AdvHadiali is all the proof one needs that these gangs are encouraged by the state.
.@AdvHadiali received a message from an Inspector FIA CCRC Lahore today regarding an enquiry against him. Although the FIA has not yet provided him a copy of the complaint/list of allegations, we have received some information that the complainant is a member of the Blasphemy
After pleading with police at Margalla Police Station to allow us access to our client Matiullah Jan, we were finally allowed in. I checked hawalaat/lock up myself and the ppl locked up inside confirmed to me that right before we came, the police took Matiullah Jan. He is missing
Senior journalist @Matiullahjan919 has been kidnapped by "Unknown Men" from Islamabad’s PIMS Hospital, with no updates on his whereabouts even five hours later. Another journalist, @saqibbashir156, was also abducted but was released shortly afterward. The disappearance of Matiullah Jan raises serious concerns about press freedom and the safety of journalists attempting to expose the cover-up by the government trying to hide the bodies after the #IslamabadMassacre. It is feared that a large number of bodies are being concealed by intelligence agencies in the PIMS mortuary. Families are being denied access to the mortuary and are not being allowed to claim the bodies of their loved ones. This alarming suppression of information shows the scale of the massacre and the lengths to which authorities are going to hide the truth about this brutal crackdown on peaceful protesters.

Just got out of Poly Clinic Islamabad

3 persons were brought dead 1 died at hospital.

Impact of tear gas shelling inside n outside of the hospital is immense
Till yesterday the PDM Govt had no sense of ground realities, acted immaturely as its Ministers were doing pressers showing clips from D Chowk where no protestors were present and teased PTI that they failed to turn up. Today when thousands have descended upon the Capital and violent clashes taking place between protestors and LEAs we are forced to rely on either International Media or Digital Media to get news. When you prevent reporting of facts, it shows you are afraid of the truth and you yourself provide room for rumours to spread which is often far worse. Be it elections, arrests, abductions, trials, Parliamentary proceedings, legislation or protests the Establishment continues to suppress information and hide behind imposed narratives. The PDM Govt for its part appears to have no policy and no control simply taking dictations and parroting what they are told.
This is how mainstream media including both Tv Channels and Print have made themselves irrelevant. Early in the morning it was reported that 4 security personnel and 1 civilian were killed at the place of PTI Convoy at the outskirts of Islamabad.
Soon after Senior Journalist @Matiullahjan919 reported directly from PIMS with one Safeer Ali who claimed to be real brother of civilian deceased Mohammad Ilyas who claimed that his brother and Ranger personnel got killed by getting crushed under Police and Ranger vehicles as they were speeding away from the protestors after they ran out of tear gas. But almost all of Pakistan's media has only aired the Govt version where the deaths have been claimed as a result of the attack of protestors.
The TV Channels and Newspapers didn't even bother airing/running the cross version and only presenting the Govt version as absolute truth. This is why masses especially younger audiences don't rely on conventional media for news as conventional media compromised its own integrity.
The loss of life on either side is most condemnable and unfortunate. But if we are sincerely saddened by these losses then the least we can do is present the entire picture, ask questions, demand a transparent inquiry into these deaths as opposed to giving conclusions.
Shaza before anything else, can you please explain why, as IT Minister, you're using an app your govt banned for the rest of us while using a VPN that your govt also banned for the rest of us? Do you not feel even an iota of shame for the digital apartheid imposed in Pakistan in your tenure?
Eye-Witness Statement:
"Rangers and police vehicles ran over PTI supporter Muhammad Ilyas. Additionally, Rangers personnel who slipped from their vehicles were also run over by their own convoy. I witnessed this with my own eyes. While retreating, the Rangers and police ran over anyone in their path.
I filed a police report and told them everything, but they pressured me not to give such statements. I only had one brother, and I refuse to lie because I saw it happen myself, and there are other witnesses who can confirm it."

Nikkah is invalid, and that a child does not have the mental capacity to enter into a valid nikkah, the vast majority of cases will have this inevitable end.
The issue of child marriages in Pakistan is extremely regressive and unnecessarily complicated. On the one hand, laws expressly state that an adult marrying a child is a crime, but due to religious interpretations, the marriage itself is a valid nikkah, 1/
“The convict would stay at his home with his wife, the same underage girl, under the supervision of the probation officer.”
With courts like these, why even have laws?

Meaning that the marriage will stay intact, and the jail time as punishment is merely a slap on the wrist. On the other hand courts are wary of sending girls back home to their parents, fearing on one hand for the girl's well-being. Unless the law clearly states that the 2/
Islamabad’s demographic profile today is overwhelmingly Pashtun. 10 years ago this was not the case. The conundrum Pashtuns live in today is that they want to use Islamabad’s resources, depleting it by the minute, without building any of it back home.
We're taking over bitches!
Nothing you can do about it!
On a serious note, however, much of this Pashtun demographic is Internally Displaced People - children of a lesser god of this state, from ex fata and troubled southern KP who arrived in ISB fleeing insecurity.
And..
So ridiculous that all these Pathans are illegally crossing over into Islamabad and depleting its resources. Islamabad is not for Pathans. It is for its native people who have lived there in islamabad for centuri… :checks notes:.. sorry, just 1960-70s 😅

Hamza gasped. (He's holding a mango in the monsoon with terrorism around him also he's in Islamabad/Lahore only). "But a man cannot eat an entire daig of pulao in a single sitting," he said.
"you fool," i chuckle. "You coward."
