A great day for the Year 10 Hospitality groups yesterday with Graham (Chartwells Executive Chef) @Chartwells_UK developing their presentation skills and thinking about the story telling in dish design and presentation. Massive thanks again Graham pupils loved it.

Graham from @chartwells_uk gave an inspiring presentation to Year 7 and 8 on making better choices to win like professional athletes. Graham has worked with Formula 1 professionals and is the executive chef for our catering company at LSP.
