Made the most of the setting at our latest #MentalHealth at Work course. Sitting under this parachute in beautiful woodland was instrumental in nurturing more meaningful group discussions - whilst providing moments of calm during a busy working week for all involved. 💚🌳

It’ll also accompany us in our minibus when we run more strenuous activities.

First Aid training is a huge part of #whatwedo, we hope we’ll never need it but it’s always good to be prepared!
