Let's not diminish the meaning of rape by calling all sexually inappropriate acts of men "rape". It infantilizes women.

@downbadcomment My thoughts are, that person needs different parents. Pretend yours died and you have to walk the difficult path of figuring out how to get yourself an education without parental help. That's not normal. It's coercive control.

That's not ALL children. If you haven't taught a kid to read who doesn't just "pick it up" then you should sit down.

Why would they be responsible for something they aren't equipped to do? Reading to children doesn't teach them all to read.
