Дуже корисне рішення Нідерландів – уже другий пакет у межах програми PURL, яка дає змогу купувати американську зброю. I am grateful to the Netherlands for the very valuable decision to provide its second package under the PURL initiative that enables the purchase of U.S. weapons. This includes highly effective air-defense systems and F-16 aircraft that save our people’s lives and intercept Russian missiles, as well as other weapons and equipment that are truly helpful. The first Dutch package under PURL amounted to $500 million, and now there is an additional $250 million. We are stronger together!

I met with the Chairman and CEO of the aerospace company Dassault Aviation, Éric Trappier, and viewed the company’s production facilities.

We discussed promising areas of cooperation, opportunities for localization in our country, and the technical characteristics of military aircraft – primarily Rafale multirole fighter aircraft, which Ukraine will be able to acquire under the declaration signed on November 17 with President of France Emmanuel Macron.

Доповідь міністра оборони України Дениса Шмигаля. Кілька ключових елементів. Уже час з��інювати базові документи щодо оборони України, зокрема план оборони нашої держави. Хід бойових ді�� продемонстрував, що саме має стати оновленими пріоритетами. Домовились, що Денис підготує детальні пропозиції для змін і представить Кабінету Міністрів України на затвердження. Також міністр оборони доповів щодо відряджень у Миколаївську та Херсонську області, заходів захисту. Окремо обговорили захист критичної інфраструктури, спрямування відповідних ресурсів. Важливо, що уряд і Міністерство оборони України повністю забезпечують необхідне фінансування на закупівлю зокрема дронів для бойових бригад, і вчора профінансували черговий щомісячний транш субвенції для бойових бригад у сумі 4,3 млрд грн. Також для фінансування Лінії дронів були додатково спрямовані 8 млрд грн.

Minister of Defense of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal delivered a report. Several key points. It is time to update the fundamental defense documents of Ukraine, including the national defense plan. The course of hostilities has shown what must become the renewed priorities. We agreed that Denys will prepare detailed proposals for these changes and present them to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine for approval. The Minister of Defense also reported on his trips to the Mykolaiv and Kherson regions and on the protective measures being implemented. Separately, we discussed the protection of critical infrastructure and the allocation of the relevant resources. It is important that the Government and the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine are fully ensuring the necessary funding – in particular for the purchase of drones for combat brigades – and that yesterday another monthly subvention tranche for combat brigades was financed in the amount of 4.3 billion hryvnias. An additional 8 billion hryvnias was also allocated for the financing of the Drone Line.

Провів нараду з першим віцепремʼєр-міністром Михайлом Федоровим. Для України важливо рухатись далі у цифровій трансформації нашої держави. Цифровізація державних послуг, цифровізація у сфері оборони, цифрове визначення досягнень бойових підрозділів на основі реальних заслуг на полі бою – усе це вже довело свою ефективність. ��удемо продовжувати та��у трансформацію, і Михайло доповів про розширення цифрових сервісів для ветеранів, соціальних послуг та послуг для бізнесу.

Триває робота й над цифровими антикорупційними проєктами, а саме: е-Акциз, е-Суд, цифровізація грального бізнесу. Все це принесе більше коштів для державного бюджету, спростить і зробить більш прозорими відносини громадян та бізнесу з державою і забезпечить більший внутрішній ресурс для розвитку нашого суспільства. Окремо обговорили ситуацію з гарантуванням надійного зв’язку в Україні. Також є вагомі досягнення нашої держави в підтримці оборонних виробничих проєктів, зокрема на платформі Brave1 зареєстровано вже 4800+ розробок дронів, РЕБ, НРК, ракет та інших інновацій. Готуємо додаткові рішення, які підтримають галузь оборонного виробництва.
