Hello @BCCI I booked expensive tickets for my family for day 4 of ind vs NZ in pune. Match seems to be over on day 3 today. Now @insider_in_ is refusing to refund my day 4 tickets cost. Who is responsible? Insider or poor performance of team India? Please help in my refund 🙏

@LsVeer1 Hi! Refunds will only be made if the Match is canceled without a single ball being bowled. No other refunds will be made. There is no obligation on the Organiser/Association to reschedule the Match. The same is mentioned on the event page.

I had placed an order in Feb first week which was shipped via UPS and they couldn’t deliver it. As a result it went back to Motorola and i am still waiting for my refund. What is my mistake in this? 😞 I can DM my reference number.

@flyspicejet You wrote expected poor visibility. If you expected correctly then why didn’t you cancel SG8184 earlier on Jan 30th? This flight was delayed 3 times , boarded twice then cancelled twice and that’s not it..you kept passengers stranded in aircraft whole night.

@SpiceJet234683 We are given seats on SG 9937 now but during the entire night no one actually cared. No food, no tea coffee, no accommodation arrangements. Spicejet made us wait more than 12 hrs at the airport and who cancel flight twice after boarding twice? Is this real?

There is a SpiceJet flight grounded since 4:30 pm on January 30. Airline changed time 2 times and when flight boarded they announced this flight is cancelled. The did it twice. Now everyone is stuck here for 8 hrs #spicejet sg8184 #aajtak #puneairport

@flyspicejetkn Sir there must be tons of videos about this incident online. I don’t need any more fake promises. I have totally lost the faith in spicejet. Since 6:30 pm i am here it’s been 12 hrs at the airport and no compensation. We spent the entire night waiting in aircraft.
