@RT_com I would honestly go after the school in this case because this would be easily preventable and many schools across the US do it they'll take the kid that's bullying people and pretty much expel them and send them to a different School

@RT_com And that's also another thing is that they're going to have to be able to prove but more than likely there will be reports inside the school and things that have been reported between those two parties in the school did nothing probably why it got to the point that it did
