LTC staff are on the edge don’t push them over. Vaccines need to be mandatory for everyone not just LTC workers.

@LindsCouturePSW RSA are a short term solution to a much larger staffing crisis. PSW roles aren’t going away to be replaced by RSA workers. No one wants to hire them, it’s that PSW are in such a shortage they have no choice. Embrace them, make them want to be PSW and get certified.
