@Sophie_Buckley A couple of years ago water poured through our kitchen ceiling from a burst water pipe. I took a load of photos and filled in the form. Direct Insurance sent a claims officer to my house and he looked at the damage done and gave me a £100 cheque because of the detailed report!

@DW8674 Hi Dean, I never managed to persuade the CMT's that it's a non-starter so I had no chance with any other cap badges. In 144 PFA it was about writing on helmet cam covers because we'd watched too many Vietnam films!

@KateBurkeNHS The CSW are small minded busybodies that have a chip on their shoulder - the coffee room is where you get the low down on the day and ear wigging conversations to get half the facts of any story. There should room for everyone.

This was before the Internet when textbooks were invaluable as the primary learning resource.
