He cannot stand before any governor and be exchanging heated words with the governor.

Can he?

Wike is concurrently a governor and minister and that should not be lost on anyone. The arrogance of that military officer and his disdain for civil authority is much too obvious in display. That arrogance must not be allowed to go unsanctioned. Doing so is letting him believe what he did is right and emboldens others to do same.

Knowing Wike, that project, especially if the paper work is not complete will not be allowed to proceed.

Chief of Defence Staff, the most senior ranking military officer pays compliment to the supervising minister who is Wike's peer.

Was Wike rude? No!

Wike became angry at the belligerent and unapologetic behavior of the officer for obstructing his official duties.

What many do not understand is the fact that unlike other ministers, the FCT Minister weilds power directly over the FCT on behalf of the President.

Our grouse or dislike for Wike should not make us forget the military officer overstepped his constitutional mandate.
