Our second day of training new recruits is underway at Leicester University this morning. They have a full day ahead of them, and will be joined by some of our current level 2s as they up-skill to level 3, allowing them to respond to paediatric and trauma call on behalf of EMAS

May was a busy month for our scheme in #Leicester! An amazing 318 hours volunteered by our @uniofleicester and @dmuleicester responders, supporting @EMASNHSTrust.

Katie and Jane are out supporting @EMASNHSTrust today.

Katie is a final year @dmuleicester pharmacy student who is on one of her last shifts before leaving Leicester. Since joining last year, she has volunteered over 100 hours and responded to over 50 patients. Thank you Katie!
