To all my dear haters, you should know that I barely log into X and I usually don't reply to tragic cases like you anyway. You're not worth my attention. Also, please learn the skill of reading comprehension, thanks.
@jigokucat@ObeyMeOfficial1 It actually IS an otome game and it's always been marked as such. And the primary audience of otome games are women whether you like that or not.
@cuddlybelphie@ObeyMeOfficial1 I already got her, my friend. She's always been a woman. Slapping "they/them" pronouns on her doesn't change the fact that she's always been written that way.
@ObeyMeSC_EN If the game creators won't admit the obvious truth that MC is a girl, I hope that at least they will tell their translators to make sure they don't use any pronouns in the game, as the they/them pronouns just sound awkward and out of place and completely ruin your immersion.
Actually, I read the Japanese version too, and she sounds more neutral there with less "smart" answers, but I feel like both of these fit her. I can see her acting either way depending on her mood. And Satan would still love her regardless.
@LukeShahd@ObeyMeOfficial1 The heroine is canonically like that. We know she is fearless and she often has smart things to say. At least it definetely fits perfecty with the way I imagine mine.
@axisgirlfriend@neogeo8man You can have a healthy sexuality and still enjoy anime fanservice. And I don't even think they have bad proportions, I've seen much worse. This scene is really mild too. It's fine if you prefer different things and if you're not into anime, but let everyone enjoy their own thing.
@MetapolitikerX@axisgirlfriend@neogeo8man All you're really saying is that anime fanservice is not to your taste and you'd rather have real porn (or something). And that's fine. But a lot of men do like anime fanservice. You don't get to decide what is universally erotic or sexual, that's up to personal preference.
@LadyThighhighs@Qwarz_Atarz Right. Because nothing says "My worldview is based in love and compassion" like wanting to throw Molotov cocktails at people.
@pena_revelry@KuroAoiNeko1 The demons in Obey me! are not some evil creatures—rather they are no different from humans. And it's a story about people from different worlds coming together. A story about love and piece is surely not against this person's religion?
@soren_drx@_azurelotus@pena_revelry@KuroAoiNeko1 The game is definitely not inherently queer, lol. Can you even read? MC is written as a woman, even if they don't outright say it. And every other couple in the story is always between a man and a woman.
