@fifamedia The interpretation cannot stand, it creates a paradox in which a review for simulation becomes available only if the ref made the subjective decision to award a yellow. If you want to punish simulations implement actual rules to do that. What a mess.

@IanDarke Yes, but how many players ‘deserved’ such yellows and didn’t get them? So we’re back to the rule, which is made for instances in which a player is mistakenly punished for an offence anther player committed. Which was not the case here.
