@MatusMedo@NatureComms Thank you for the detailed reply! We are aware of residual fitting issues but seeing the comparison is very clarifying. In general, we identify the signatures in our samples by de novo extraction+comparison to COSMIC, and refit using only those. This is a good example of why :)
