@BJDSOP_ADAA @jcovvey Agree right here! Have various proteins in the freezer, a once weekly trip for fresh veggies and fruit each week, plus pantry carb staples (rice, pasta, tortillas) and I usually mentally plan the meal at lunchtime (Mon and Tue cook, Wed is Mon leftovers, Th is Tue leftovers)
