Lucha Dosukoi

Just doing random stuff.

Opening Soon:

[Lucha Dosukoi @Lucha_Dosukoi]

@yuasa_lamune2 If you still decide to visit LA, there is still a 2-day event at the Santa Anita racetrack. That way, you can still visit other places in LA and still attend an otaku activity.

[Lucha Dosukoi @Lucha_Dosukoi]

@Specialweeeek_ There's been discussion on a new plan so you can find out possible places in LA from this Discord server. https://t.co/tU0GFCUuV3

[Lucha Dosukoi @Lucha_Dosukoi]

@ouma_channel Most of us will be at the Santa Anita racetrack this weekend (Friday possibly, too) so that would be a good time to hang out. If you want, you can see what we plan to do with this discord. https://t.co/tU0GFCUuV3

[Lucha Dosukoi @Lucha_Dosukoi]

It really sucks that this is the result, but I won't play into the blame game in this situation since pretending to know all the info will not help. For now, I'll just focus on a back-up plan with the local trainers and JP bros who are/will be here.
Thanks for trying to set this up. I know it's not an easy decision to make.

[Umamusume: Pretty Derby @umamusume_eng]

It is with heavy hearts that we must announce the cancellation of the Umamusume: Pretty Derby – 7th EVENT: THE STAGE in LOS ANGELES concerts planned for Oct 22–23, 2026.

Although we have coordinated repeatedly with all parties concerned and explored every possible option in our efforts to make this event happen, we were unable to obtain the necessary visas for entry into the US, so we have come to the painful conclusion that holding the concerts is no longer possible.

To all the Trainers who were eagerly looking forward to the show, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and concern this causes, and for announcing this so close to the event date.

Due to this cancellation, we will process refunds for the following:
・On-site viewing tickets
・Streaming tickets

In addition, we are looking into possible responses to Trainers who were planning to attend the concert in person. This will take some time, so we ask for your patience. Details will be announced on the 7th EVENT WORLD TOUR official website.

Once again, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this causes to all the Trainers who were eagerly looking forward to the concerts, as well as to the Umamusume cast, partner company staff, and everyone involved who put tremendous effort into making this event happen.

@cookietanukiart It really does suck after all this time. It's very unfortunate news on top of a whole lotta other stuff. For now, planning an impromptu back-up plan may help get back on everybody's feet.

[Lucha Dosukoi @Lucha_Dosukoi]

@MOCHIUSASA_ On Friday, there may be a number of us hanging out at the Santa Anita racetrack so you can join us.

For food places, there is the traditional In-N-Out for burgers and Porto's Bakery/Cafe.

There is also another theme park called Knott's Berry Farm in the Halloween theme.

[Lucha Dosukoi @Lucha_Dosukoi]

@Kanokky_mannaka Many people appreciate a positive mindset. Travel photos with anime merchandise is popular with American otaku. It is like 推し活.

[Lucha Dosukoi @Lucha_Dosukoi]

@GARUGAKI It is mainly in English, but translation tools help. Feel free to connect with any of us. I use the name "captainnyanya" in this server.

[Lucha Dosukoi @Lucha_Dosukoi]

@GARUGAKI I would like to trade for Dream Journey, Orfevre, and Gentildonna can badges. I'll look through my inventory for Oguri, Tamamo, and Dream Journey. If you want, I can pay for a really good big meal since the trip is already expensive.

[Lucha Dosukoi @Lucha_Dosukoi]

@Cho_theg Somewhere out there, someone cooked enough to make it exist.

[Lucha Dosukoi @Lucha_Dosukoi]

@MOCHIUSASA_ Have a good time out here. There's a lot of amazing places to eat. Feel free to ask the local trainers if you have any questions.

[Lucha Dosukoi @Lucha_Dosukoi]

@syrmaumauma Definitely, a lot of mixed reactions on the situation. The problem is the last minute news because it gives everybody less time to adjust their plans since some attendees paid non-refundable accommodations. However, we'll see how the update turns out.

[Lucha Dosukoi @Lucha_Dosukoi]

@Venatto Animal style fries r always a must-have.

[Lucha Dosukoi @Lucha_Dosukoi]

@MOCHIUSASA_ A lot of us local trainers r worried about the situation, too. But there's always a back-up plan in case there is a sudden change like this. Just need to fill in the time, right?

[Lucha Dosukoi @Lucha_Dosukoi]

@cookietanukiart There's never any room to relax for some reason. No matter how prepared we get.

[Lucha Dosukoi @Lucha_Dosukoi]

@abu0705 Us local trainers are really worried about the situation since the announcement is very last minute. We will see how this situation turns out.

[Lucha Dosukoi @Lucha_Dosukoi]

@yRudolf516 The American discord is panicking right now because it is so close to the concert date. We will see how this will turn out.

[Lucha Dosukoi @Lucha_Dosukoi]

Somebody at the office is about to be reprimanded real bad for dropping the ball this close to the concert date. The optics of it all may be irreversible if the worst case scenario happens.

[Umamusume: Pretty Derby @umamusume_eng]

During preparation for the 7th EVENT: THE STAGE in LOS ANGELES concerts planned for Oct 22–23, 2026, we received notice that the visas for entry into the US had yet to be approved.

In response, we are coordinating with all parties concerned to explore every possible option to get the visas approved and make the concerts happen.
Our final decision on whether or not it will be possible to hold the concerts will be announced by 10:00 p.m., Oct 19 (PT), so we ask for your patience until then.

To all the Trainers who have been eagerly looking forward to the show, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and concern this causes, and for announcing this so close to the event date.

Please check the notice for details.
