🧐Gradient 是干什么的?

Gradient 是一个面向去中心化 Ai基础设施的新一代网络，致力于解决两个核心问题:

1、如何进一步降低模型训练微调的门槛，让千行百业都能训练出自己的模型，让训练模型的能力不再垄断在少数公司手中。 Gradient通过分布式的Echo训练框架，能够让大模型的微调发生在分布式的网络环境和设备中，进一步降低模型训练成本；

2、如何降低模型推理的门槛，让家家都能用上自己的大模型。
Gradient通过分布��推理框架Parallax，让Macbook/Windows PC也能组装成能运行DeepSeek R1这���模型的超算，不仅可以实现强隐私保护的大模型本地部署，也能让全世界组成一台“世界计算机”，实现高效可扩展的推理服务。

我也是看了蛮久才理解他们做的事，Gradient 在做的，就是给 AI 修“高速公路”，Gradient 不是在造另一个 ChatGPT，而是在造AI 的底层操作系统。它想让任何人、任何地方都能接入能接入网络、运行智能模型，让模型能在全球分布式节点上运行。

💪Gradient为什么能干？
顶级阵容背书
投资方：Pantera Capital、Multicoin Capital、红杉中国（HSG）
融资规模：1000 万美元种子轮
团队规模：约 40 人，技术背景居多

创始人背景：
Eric Yang — 前红杉资本投资人，懂战略、懂生态，擅长把技术和资本结��；
Yuan Gao — 哥伦比亚大学硕士，前 Helium 基金会增长负责人，主导过去中心化网络从 0 到 百万节点的全球扩张；

仔细看资方是很顶的，这支创始团队的基因是典型的 “金融 + 技术复合型”，既懂资本运作，也能写底层协议，其中不乏 ACM 金牌、姚班校友、顶级高校 Researcher，整体气质，很像早期 DeepSeek ，低调理工但野心巨大，我个人接触下来感觉团队风格极其踏实：先做研究，再出产品。

另外他们的技术论文已经在多个顶级会议投稿，目前已有 8 篇研究成果在冲顶会。顶级资金、硬核技术、成熟模式的融合，Ai方向，个人看好，应该后续还会有一轮大的融资。

🤩Gradient怎么干？

我仔细看了 Gradient 的博客文档后，最大的感受是：
Gradient 正在把 AI 从数据中心，搬到每一台电脑上，它不是在做一个应用，而是在重建 AI 的运行方式。

传统的大模型就像一台巨大的“超级大脑”，要想让它运转起来，需要放在大公司的数据中心，用上成百上千张昂贵的 GPU，而 Gradient 想做的，是把这个“超级大脑”拆开来，分布出去。

任何人都可以用自己的设备、电脑、GPU、甚至你的 Mac、笔记本都能接入其中运行大模型、贡献算力、获得奖励。 这就像是一朵“去中心化的 AI 云”，一起协同运算，完成原本只有超级计算中心才能做到的事。智能普惠、人人共享的全新范式

实现这个智能网络，关键需要靠Gradient的黑科技组件协同工作，它们就像是整个分布式 AI 网络的“神经系统”：
-Echo 拆训练
-Parallax 拆推理
-Lattica高效数据传���
-Protocol 协调激励

Echo：它是Gradient的“训练引擎”，它将模型强化学习微调的过程变成一个不断从世界计算机中吸取养分的过程，海量的设备通过输出模型推理结果，自我评价结果来向Echo传播知识，而Echo则不断获取知识，迭代模型，并将迭代过后的模型进一步发送到海量的设备中去进行下一轮的模型迭代，循环往复；

Parallax ：它是 Gradient 的“推理引擎”，相当于 AI 的大脑分工系统，能把一个庞大的模型自动切成小块，分配给不同的设备一起运行，无论是 MacBook、PC 还是 GPU 服务器，都能参与计算，就像多人合奏交响乐，每个节点只负责一部分，但合起来就是完整的旋律；

Lattica：相当于 Gradient 的数据神经网络，负责把不同节点间的数据、模型参数、日志安全地传输，基于点对点通信，不依赖中心化服务器，速度快还省带宽，日均传输量现��突破10TB，像是去中心化的 AI 专属高速公路，总结来说就是让数据能“顺畅流转”；

Gradient Protocol：相当于是 Gradient 的激励与治理系统，用来记录算力、任务和奖励，当用户贡献 GPU、数据等就能获得代币激励，让整个系统不仅能跑，还能自我运转、自我激励，让参与者都能“有回报”。

其中构建有Gradient Cloud，提供按量计费的 AI 推理服务，当前支持 Qwen3-235B、GPT-OSS-120B 等大模型，价格区间 $0.09–$1.50 / 百万 token，请求流量会自动分配到全球 Parallax 节点，实现去中心化推理。
三者组合，让整个系统能跑、会转、还能自我激励。
