@ContactKingston the rubbish outside the shops on Vale Parade in Kingston Vale is a hazard. It is obstructing the pavement + rats are getting into the bags and distributing rubbish all over the street, inclusive of condoms etc. It is a common occurrence + needs sorting ASAP!
