@Ryanair oh and let’s not forget the £557.15 fare already paid along with the new higher ticket charge of £355. Original booking in June of £629.15 now totals £1,299.11

@Ryanair with a fee of £275 to change my flights. I have now lost every time I have paid for baggage. In total it is costing me £231.96 to take 2 suitcase on the plane! Bravo @Ryanair you really do know how to rip people off!

@CMAgovUK can you give any insight please as to weather airline customers will be able to claim a refund for flights that are still running even though it is illegal to travel and @Ryanair have said no a British Nationals can board their flights. Therefore contract unfulfilled?

@Ryanair Not what the government are looking into though is it Megan. The contact we made with you cannot be fulfilled! Also can you reply to my DM’s please and explain why I have paid £749.15 for my flights yet when I go to change them you say I’ve paid £577.15. Also charging £275 fee.

@Ryanair can you please explain why when I go to change my flights, not only am I being charged £275 to change them but you have also taken £172 off the fare I’ve already paid. As you can see I paid £749.15 and NOT £577.15

@easy_paul They’re a nightmare! I honestly hope they go bust. I’m looking at another £600 to change my flights despite already paying over £700! Just make sure you change your flights before a week before. Personally I think March is too soon and we still won’t be able to fly

@cath0424 @Ryanair We are in the exact same boat! We have flights booked to Tenerife on Sunday but it is still going ahead! Most have been cancelled! They just don’t want to give refunds! Running empty flights, disgraceful!
