@DVLAgovuk the reason I took to Twitter is because I’ve tried many times to phone, there isn’t even an option to wait. Only once has web chat been working and that was just now, the digital assistant was no help. I applied online and that’s meant to be delivering on time, clearly it isn’t

@DVSAgovuk my driving licence renewal (new photo) should come back within two weeks, I’m hiring a car next Tuesday, will I be able to drive it?

@DVLAgovuk hiring a car on Monday and my licence is being renewed online, applied 23rd, can’t get through to dvla via chat or phone, it’s in progress online, need to know if my licence will turn up?
