This morning’s escapades didn’t capture the sunrise we had hoped but did provide entertainment in the snow drifts... lots of ‘now you see me, now you don’t!’
18 years ago, at Headingley stadium, Isaac decided it was time to make an appearance. Life was never the same... we could not be prouder of the kind, caring young man you are. Not quite the 18th celebrations we planned but a special day for a special person. 💙🎉💙
@LURUFC Thank you @LURUFC loved the last 4 years and will miss it. Met some amazing people and made some great friends. Good luck in the future #OneBigGryphon#bleedgreen
Having seen nearly 25 years worth of secondary school last days for other people’s children, today is my turn. This was Isaac’s first day in compulsory education, today is his last. I couldn’t be prouder of him. Treasure every minute folks, they are gone in a moment. 💙💙
A follow up of why rugby meets the needs of my son who is autistic. If in doubt about the sport for children, please read and share.

Today I came to the conclusion (which I have thought for a while) that Age Grade rugby coaches should have to sign to say they have read RFU Reg 9 (Age Grade Regs) and the associated Codes Of Practice before they are ever let near kids. #Frustrated#Safeguarding#idiots#Clueless
You won’t see our Christmas advert on TV this year, because it was banned. But we want to share Rang-tan’s story with you… 🎄 🐒
Will you help us share the story?

Ok, so still plan on getting pushed out of a plane tomorrow in aid of Alzheimer’s Research.
Massive thanks to everyone who has already sponsored me.
If anyone else is able to contribute I would be really grateful.
Many thanks
