Unusual for a 50 to have such a short train including a buffet car as well. Does anyone know where this is and what train? Headcode is 1S78 but that could be incorrect.

The first new @Vivarail train - cleverly built using many recycled ex London Underground train parts - has gone into public service this morning. According to @WestMidRailway, the Class 230 D Train is now running on the Marston Vale Line between Bletchley and Bedford. ♻️👍
