Last week we hosted a dedication for our new fountain in memory of Thomas Lambrick, a cherished colleague and dedicated employee who personified the LUH Spirit. We're so grateful to have been able to help facilitate the construction of this new feature and have loved ones attend!

Last week we celebrated and honored the amazing volunteers we have here at LUH for Volunteer Month! LUH has over 100 active volunteers sharing 850 hours of their talent and time with us every month! The LUH Foundation was so happy to be a part of this event and provide lunch! 🫶

The LUH Foundation has helped place two drop off locations for the "A Woman's Work Diaper Drive" within the Hospital! One in Registration and one within the Suite 400 woman’s clinic waiting room!

The newest rotating art installation at the LUH Art Walkway has been installed over the weekend! Hosting nine new local artists to the walls including painting, photography, fiber art, alcohol ink, preserved moss, jewelry, and mixed media. Come by sometime to see the whole show!

Happy St Patrick’s Day! 🍀 Here’s Eileen Newman fully in spirit! Eileen is a volunteer here at the hospital and even used to be one of our Caring Clowns! Ann Huggins, coordinator of the volunteer program, says, “Volunteers make the world go round,” and we couldn’t agree more! 💚

On 2/12, we teamed up with Küper Wine Bar for a special night called Vine Voyage!
We shared powerful stories of the compassionate care our foundation and incredible hospital team provide every day, all while savoring outstanding wines & strolling through our beautiful ArtWalkway!

We’re thrilled to have reopened the NICU unit in LUH’s BirthPlace on Mon, Feb 23rd! The Foundation was able to fund a project to replace the family room flooring and countertop in the NICU! Next we’ll be adding new furniture and decor, but check out these before & afters!
