- Vandaag is Ethereum Institutional aangekondigd, een nieuwe onafhankelijke institutie die de adoptie bij institutionele beleggers en bedrijven moet helpen vergroten (in verlengde van @Etherealize_io?) / @ethereuminsti

Gesteund door de grootste spelers in het ecosysteem, zoals Sharplink Gaming en BitMine.

Beiden nemen ook ETH als asset serieus, iets wat voorheen (met de Ethereum Foundation) secundair was.

Waarom is dit belangrijk? Inhoudelijk is Ethereum al een dominante chain rondom stablecoins en tokenization.

Maar we weten: crypto reageert (vooralsnog) beperkt op fundamentals, en vooral op aandacht en het verhaal.

Nu lijkt Ethereum eindelijk de aandacht voor zichzelf te creëren die het verdiend, na jarenlang in de schaduw te blijven.

$ASPI Helium Update:

We previously emphasized that tracking execution is everything for development-stage plays like $ASPI, and they just hit a fundamental milestone regarding the Renergen asset (one of the four core pillars of their corporate structure see picture). The company's subsidiary, Tetra4, secured a five-year "take-or-pay" contract with an Asian industrial gases company for Phase 1 liquid helium from the Virginia Gas Project. This fundamentally changes the project's risk profile.

A "take-or-pay" structure means this is not just an expression of interest, it is guaranteed revenue. The buyer must pay whether they take the helium or not. Pricing is confirmed at over $600/MCF, and locking in 15% of Phase 1 capacity provides multi-year cash flow visibility. This secured offtake turns the helium asset into a highly bankable project, which is critical as they finalize the conditional $750M in senior debt financing needed to scale Phase 2.

This deal proves exactly how desperate the global market is for alternative helium supplies. With 25% of global supply choked by geopolitical issues in Qatar (Strait of Hormuz disruptions) and another 20% restricted by Russian export controls, Asian buyers are aggressively moving to secure non-Middle East, non-Russian supply chains. The fact that $ASPI management flew to Asia and immediately secured these premium terms illustrates the acute scarcity of the product.

They remain on target for Q3 2026 Phase 1 commercial operations (70 MCF/day liquid helium and 2,500 GJ/day LNG). We hold our $ASPI position and will continue to accumulate in our $5–$6 target zone (we are also actively selling puts up to 30 days out with break-evens in our target area), as this contract materially derisks the path to profitability. Our next checkpoint remains the commencement of commercial isotope deliveries.

$BTBT (monthly) — The monthly is shaping up, and this has probably been the only chart that can rival $OSCR in terms of the range it has been in.

Aside from the drop in November 2022, this has been bouncing around between $4.50 and $1.25 for years — years!

I do like the setup here though. Retake that $1.96 resistance and we have a clear entry, a clear SL, and a clear target at $4.50.

I do think we can see double digits again, but breaking that multi-year resistance at $4.55 won't be easy and we need to get that done.

Side note: want me to keep $BTBT in the weekly loop? Like and share this damn bastard so I know it's too hot to drop.
