Brand new golf shorts from @Nike, washed for the first time according to instructions. Called Nike and was told @sportsexperts was not an authorized retailer. It's obviously a quality issue.

How on earth does a $14 billion company not have the means to use fedex 3 day in their logistics department? They also don't have a corporate email for complaints or a phone number that goee anywhere except xustomer service (both lies from reps)...6/
When a manager was reached, all I could get was a "we will try, but no guarantees." Not surprisingly, there was zero effort made to expedite shipping. But hey, they tried, right?...5/
It took 3 calls and more than an hour on hold to talk to a manager. One rep attempted to have a call back when manager was available, but the manager was not willing to wait 30 seconds to connect the call, citing a policy that the customer had to be waiting on the line...4/
When @Wayfair was contacted, i was told there is a mandatory 6 day waiting period. At the end of 6 days, still no package. Customer service did not have the power to rush shipping....3/
