LukeCB10000.
Such an insane milestone.
I only really started interacting with the Destiny community on Twitter in late 2023. One of the best decisions I've ever made.
I've met life long friends through a shared love of Destiny on this platform. I am very thankful for that.
I had imagined that Destiny would have much more of a future than it did. Unfortunately we're at the end. Very bittersweet hitting this milestone now.
Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, to everyone who has ever interacted with my posts. It has been a great honor being the community's "slop god" for these last few years.
That being said, I'm not going anywhere. I will continue to tweet about Destiny no matter what. I will always try my hardest to keep online conversation around the game alive, I owe the game and this community that much.
@osmond_shaden We run a third-party Community Hub and will be running themed events with external incentives around those times.
We will be doing all we can to keep the community united in these trying times!
It would be a damn shame if these events were left in the past.
We hope we can keep the spirit alive in some capacity. Particularly looking forward to what we have planned for Guardian Games...
Taking the opportunity to revive some old events too...

@Piggykropotkin Nothing will beat day one where one of my friends placed down a well and Rhulk dashed and smashed the well out of existence with a single kick.
Genuinely my favorite memory from my day one raiding career.
Once you get into the ring at the top with the boss it’s such a sick encounter, but the “claiming territory” segment left a lot to be desired.
I also think the encounter felt a whole lot scarier when his kicks were actually threatening.
