Why so many carnivores notice better joints
Cartilage ages mainly through glycation. Collagen in joint cartilage has a half-life measured in decades (estimates up to ~100 years in some tissues). Once formed, the cross-links from advanced glycation end-products (AGEs) stick around. The result is stiffer, less resilient cartilage that doesn’t glide or absorb load the way it used to. Most of those AGEs form endogenously from circulating glucose and reactive dicarbonyls, not from the meat on your plate.
Beef supplies a direct countermeasure: carnosine. This dipeptide is concentrated in muscle and acts as a sacrificial scavenger. It reacts with methylglyoxal and other carbonyls that would otherwise bind lysine and arginine residues on collagen, reducing new AGE cross-links and protein carbonylation. Human data show carnosine supplementation lowers circulating AGE markers and improves glucose handling in people with diabetes.
Eating the actual muscle delivers the compound in its natural matrix along with the protein and fat that support stable blood sugar.
On a carnivore diet two things happen at once. Endogenous glycation pressure drops because glucose stays lower and more stable, and you continuously supply carnosine that mops up the reactive intermediates that do form.
That combination plausibly slows the progressive stiffening of cartilage that most people accept as normal aging. It is not magic or a cure for advanced structural damage, but it is a coherent explanation for the repeated reports of less pain, better mobility, and fewer “old joints” once people stop eating the foods that keep glucose elevated all day.
Since Fr. Ripperger was silenced, we have a moral obligation to help spread his message.
Here, Shawn asks, “What about the Third Temple?” Fr. Ripperger explains that, according to the Church Fathers, the Jewish Temple in Jerusalem will never be rebuilt. He gives three reasons:
Julian the Apostate attempted to rebuild the Temple, but the effort was thwarted.
Christ brought the Jewish sacrificial system to its fulfillment. Fr. Ripperger explains that the sacrifices prefigured Christ and that God gave the Jewish people one generation to convert.
The Levitical priesthood was disrupted, making it impossible to establish the original priestly system as it existed under the Old Covenant.
He also argues that some Protestants misinterpret the Book of Daniel’s “abomination of desolation.” Some even want to help rebuild the Temple so that the Antichrist can take his seat there and Christ will return.
Fr. Ripperger considers this a serious mistake: “Just getting through the years of the Antichrist is going to be brutal, so I wouldn’t be pushing that.”
Fr. Ripperger was VERY effective in spreading the Catholic faith and challenging these interpretations. That is precisely why his message deserves to be heard, not silenced.

An ad appears on your screen.
You don't click it.
Doesn't matter.
Spyware is already inside your device.
Citizen Lab just published the first documented proof.
Called it AdFection.
An Israeli ad-tech company called Discover-Tech ran the operation.
Controlium is their platform.
Here's how it works.
Ad network profiles you. Uses your advertising ID. Your IP address. Your cookies.
Builds a fingerprint.
Then Controlium serves a targeted ad.
The moment the ad loads. Not clicked. Just rendered.
The device makes a connection to Discover-Tech servers.
Which immediately connects to Candiru spyware servers.
Exploit fires. Spyware installs. You never knew the ad existed.
Al Jazeera was the confirmed target.
45 journalist devices. Infected between 2024 and 2025.
Controlium had a list of IP addresses and ad IDs that matched their staff.
Served them invisible ads.
Which delivered invisible spyware.
Discover-Tech's ads appeared on 120,000 websites.
75,000 apps.
10 million impressions per day.
Across 161 countries.
Reaching NATO. The UN. EU institutions. US Department of Defense.
All potential targets.
Google certified Discover-Tech for six years.
Listed them as an approved vendor.
Didn't catch anything.
Only cut ties after Citizen Lab published.

The ad network was the spyware delivery system.
No one was monitoring it because ad networks aren't supposed to do this.
So no one thought to look.
Meat doesn’t destroy the microbiome. It rewires it—and the long-term data show the rewiring leaves diversity intact.
The “meat kills your gut bacteria” claim rests on short-term feeding trials that captured rapid shifts toward bile-tolerant species after a few days of all-animal food. Those snapshots were treated as proof of permanent damage. Newer work on people who have lived on carnivore diets for years tells a different story.
In a 2024 case study of a healthy man on a strict carnivore diet for four years, researchers found a microbiome dominated by Faecalibacterium, Blautia, Lachnospiraceae, Bacteroides, and Roseburia—genera classically labeled as fiber degraders. Alpha- and beta-diversity matched omnivore controls. Predicted functional capacity was comparable. The carnivore’s profile was actually least similar to people who ate meat daily on an otherwise standard diet.
A 2026 cross-sectional study expanded this to ten healthy long-term carnivores (average adherence ~36 months) compared against 874 matched omnivore controls. Alpha-diversity was not reduced; the carnivores showed higher Chao1 richness, meaning more low-abundance taxa. There were no significant losses of Akkermansia muciniphila, the Lactobacillus group, or butyrate-related pathways. Taxonomic shifts occurred—enrichment of Synergistetes and Desulfobacterota, reductions in some Bifidobacterium and specific Faecalibacterium and Roseburia species—but the diet itself, not age, BMI, or lifestyle, drove the differences. Functional modules moved toward amino-acid degradation, vitamin B synthesis, energy metabolism, and protein fermentation. The authors noted the results challenge the assumption that dietary fiber is required to maintain microbiota diversity.
Clinical observations line up. A 2024 case series of ten patients with confirmed ulcerative colitis or Crohn’s disease reported large gains on the Inflammatory Bowel Disease Questionnaire after switching to mostly carnivore or carnivore-ketogenic diets. Several had failed multiple other diets and stayed in remission for years off medication. Low-residue eating has long been used in IBD; these cases simply extend that pattern to a zero-plant extreme.
The microbiome is adaptive, not fragile. Meat-heavy diets change which microbes thrive and which metabolic pathways dominate, but the available long-term human data show preserved richness and retention of key taxa and functions. The destruction narrative was an extrapolation from short-term shifts. The longer view does not support it.
Every chemistry teacher you had lied a little. The hydrogen atom isn’t a frozen blob, it’s this.
This is hydrogen, the simplest atom there is, with its probability current drawn as moving particles. The small shape in the corner is the orbital you were taught. The swirling field is what the Pauli equation says is flowing through it.
Orange spins one way, blue the other. Even the ground state, the one textbooks call perfectly still, carries a current, because the electron’s spin adds a flow of its own.
None of this is an electron racing on a track. It’s the math of where it’s likely to be, and that math refuses to sit still.
