@AmericanAir I sent you the details in a DM. I’ve already spoken to your rep. They state that the reservation was not saved. I did receive confirmation in the app, but I did not receive my confirmation email. There’s no solution. Try and make sure it doesn’t happen to someone in the future.
Saved a reservation on https://t.co/NN81UJS55O app today about about 5:30pm for a 24 hours hold. Came back at 10:30pm to book the flight and the hold had disappeared and now flights have jumped over $500 higher. Told by @AmericanAir rep basically, "it is what it is."
@AmericanAir Yes. You are correct. But when I save it for a 24 hour hold at 5:30 PM I should be able to come back at 10:30 PM and see that in the system yet it was not there. So something happened in the system itself. Instead of mindless responses, maybe take a look into things.
