@DrKCarlson My biggest takeaway from the assessment was all of 100% accurate . The one that stuck out the most was that I am the kind of person who does not seek perfection, but rather progress We all know that nobody is perfect, so why on Earth would we strive for perfection? #ED634

@DrKCarlson I think you should always be working on both. Strengths are always being strengthened each time you use them. Your weaknesses are what you avoid. Focusing on your weaknesses would be the best plan so you can better yourself as a leader and your school and those around you as well
