Madlanga Commission Hears That Transnet Employee Worked With Corrupt Officers to Facilitate R300 million Worth of Cocaine Shipment From Brazil Through Durban Harbour
The Madlanga Commission of Inquiry heard testimony that someone within Transnet worked with corrupt officers to enable access to cocaine shipped from Brazil. Hawks Lieutenant-Colonel Joseph Sebola detailed the claims while testifying about the 2021 Aeroton cocaine bust in Johannesburg.
Sebola presented screenshots of text message communications between alleged implicated individuals. The messages referred to operations at Durban harbour. More than 700 kilograms of cocaine, estimated to be worth over R300 million, were seized from a container with Scania truck parts.
Evidence leader Advocate Thabang Pooe asked Sebola about the significance of references to pier one and pier two. Pooe noted that the screenshot came from the harbour, specifically Transnet facilities. Sebola confirmed the messages indicated internal influence over berthing to facilitate container access.
What Lt-Col Nkoana Joseph Sebola is basically saying at Madlanga Commission is that they would confiscate illicit goods including drugs, foreign currency (dollars) etc at the OR Tambo International Airport, but they would recieve direct calls from senior generals to return the illicit goods to the owners.
The drugs they would declare to the media would be returned to the smugglers as soon as the media teams leave. 🙆🏽♂️🙆🏽♂️🙆🏽♂️
Illegal immigrants once attacked Johannesburg Metro police and SAPS when the whole world was watching. Guess what the Ramaphosa government did not do anything nor even issue a statement to condemn them.
For police to gain control of these places, they need March and March more than before. 30th of June we will be there.
Hours after the presidents’ address disgruntled SA’ns have taken to the streets of Joburg’s East Rand calling for the deportation of illegal immigrants. Many say that the 30th deadline will see many more protestors.

Open borders mean they are coming to one country.
Look at UNISA: foreigners occupy top management, and they're employing each other.
Look at Wits University: they are employing each other sidelined South Africans.
UJ is worse.
