Also - for the record - I say these remarks as someone who has a very strong predisposition against the state in that i feel they’re often not held to their true burden…

So - Steve Descano testified today…and I’ve made fairly clear how I stand on the work his office has/hasn’t done for Fairfax county… (see YT commentary on Banfield case)

That said, he pointed a lot to the absence of cooperating witnesses in cases where charges were dropped…🧵
