After incredible years in this space, I am stepping away from esports and team management for good.

Building and leading a team almost entirely on my own was one of the hardest things I’ve ever done or had to endure it was easy at the start with equal heads in the game. There were triumphs I will hold onto forever and moments where everything lined up, the passion was unmatched, and we truly made noise even if it was in a place not many heard. But behind the scenes, running operations virtually alone took a toll I can no longer carry.

The esports community can be remarkably harsh and downputting. There were so many times when my goal to bring genuine change and build something better felt completely meaningless against the toxicity. But even if the mission felt lost at times or failed, the human connection was not. The incredible people I’ve met, the creators, players, and friends who supported me those relationships mean everything to me and always will.

Thank you to everyone who saw my heart and stood by me. I’m moving on to softer, brighter chapters. Wishing you all the very best. 💕

@swoltzy I know we do not talk anymore but you made managing Lumina much less of a hassle on me you're a great manager and a hard worker thank you for everything you did for us.
@36Fredz and @Cloudy_Skyyzz you two have been a huge part of Lumina Fredz with your structure and professional outlooks have kept things easier managed and organized and skyyz you have done amazing keeping thinks engaging with the community and organized for staff responsibilities i know you both will be great anywhere you go thank you for staying until the end <3

And thank you to everyone else who stood with lumina until the very end you all mean more to me than you know I will still be managing the discord server though ive converted it into a community for anyone who wants to join just to hangout cc <3

We will be looking for the following positions to be filled -

Collective Owners - Face of the org, loads of responsibility operations and outreach.

Collective Manager- Leadership role that oversees everything in collaboration with us, sponsorships partnerships and so on.

Collective Admin - head of moderation for the discord server, but also actively involved in another area of the collective; community, partnerships, agency for the collective, recruitment for staff etc. On the ground day to day within the server.

Senior Moderators, Moderators and Trial Mod - Experienced to low experienced moderators who can handle complex situations. Similar to admin should assist new staff, oversee moderation activities and be active within the community.

Talent Advisor - helps roster members, giving them tips on how they can further their content career in regards to engagement, algorithm, ideas and trends things they can add into their streams, schedlues etc.

Talent Agent - These are going to be Talent managers that will take our roster members under their wing on behalf of Lumina Collective they will NOT be your personal clients though you will be helping them join teams as you will be a Lumina Talent Agent for us.

DO NOT HESITATE to ask questions and or join if you are in an esports team elsewhere we are NOT an esports team we are out of the esports scene.

Those on our Collective roster will have hands on advisory on growth and goal reaching. They will be assigned a Talent Advisor to help with their analytic growth as well as a Talent Agent to help them get placed in a team most suitable for them while being guided every step of the way we are here to help you with the do's and don'ts and give you ideas that match your personality! We will be looking into promising editors to help with your content as well.
