ALEX’S CHARACTER REFERENCES (In no particular order) - Please note that no art belongs to me, and I only found them on Pinterest to provide inspiration of what the ‘feel’ and ‘look’ of the character is.
They are a Dragoon of Pell, Drake-riding knights who fight against the Rot, an undead corruption that threatens to consume the land. He is joined with his Drake Vorrelim. When you go through the Joining, you give up your previous namesake and take on the name of your drake.
@alixbugbug You’re absolutely right, for narrative purposes it rules, and we should accept that sometimes shows are unrealistic to allow us to show a compelling scene. I will also say, however, that adrenaline is a hell of a drug and can make you do almost superhuman things despite injury.
@HMBohemond That… Does not say at all that they’re good guys? Justified perhaps in their reasoning for hating xenos, but just because you have a reason for it doesn’t make it good? In no way shape or form is the Imperium of Man ‘The good guys.’ NO-ONE is the good guys. There’s only war.
@TkpZeus@constans@imbrettcooper So no, he might not be actively hanging out with people who directly harm LGBTQ+ people as an example, but he sure is supporting the cause that wants to do that. ‘Guilt by association’ is I believe the term.

He supports and gives money to the Less Taxes Puppy Hate Party. Through his funding and support (even if he doesn’t say he wants to kick puppies) puppies get kicked
