@johncutlefish To me, there are no internal customers in an organization, only internal partners…I think that everyone in an organization should have shared goals for delivering value to customers, etc. Also, the Customer - Provider model creates a weird power dynamic…

@CharlesTBetz I am of the opinion that the best practice is to have no best practices…I say that because I have found that when “best practices” are adopted, people tend to stop thinking about why they are following the practices or what they are trying to accomplish.
