I worked with Nissan dealerships essentially straight out of HS. Before I moved to Texas I was making 25$/hr non flat rate. I moved here, got another Nissan gig at 17$ flat rate fighting with other lube techs cause that’s where they put me. I’ve been delivering groceries for- 1/2
Automotive Technicians are underpaid and under appreciated today. I am curious to who agrees and disagrees with that statement. Lots of misconceptions on how they are paid and what its like to be a technician especially in a new car dealership.
I went to the store with kinger in my pocket and an hour later I COME BACK TO MY CAR AND HE WAS LAYING FACE ON THE GROUND WITH TIRE MARKS ON THE BACK OF HIS HEAD 😭😭😭
