@Bob_Tanner_SF Stoppage time is not the exact moment the whistle blows. Its a MINIMUM. Doesn't consider things like Injuries or goals already into stoppage which would also need to be added and its typical they let a last attack or two come to a natural conclusion.

Even if they had tied Paraguay or Australia on 3 had the other game not ended in the draw Turkey was locked into 4th having lost h2h to both Paraguay and Australia.

@erickjzzz Yes with Scotland on 3 and the other groups matchups and current Goal Differential Bosnia is confirmed to be a top 8 3rd place and be moving on.

@DisTurB____ 3rd place is still up for grabs in this group between Iraq and Senegal as both are on 0.

Those eliminated such as Turkey,Tunisia,Jordan,Haiti are the only one in their group with 0 and the teams ahead of them have 3 and have the H2H tiebreakers over them.

@hackerhavingfun Iraq and Senegal are still fighting over 3rd in their group and could advance as a 3rd place team.

Turkey is locked into 4th in their group so would be unable to be considered for the best 3rd place spots and is thus eliminated.

Iraq and Senegal play so the winner of that match could end 3rd

Jordan could tie Algeria or Austria but is stuck in 4th by having lost to both.

@PharaohsXI Lightning within 10 miles means a delay. Better safe than sorry when it comes to players and fan safety and it can strike well outside the actual storm radius.

Then group B has priority to the R32 in Santa Clara likely based on location since they are stationed on west coast.

Having lost H2H to both Australia and Paraguay they can not surpass either even if they end up equal on 3 points with one of them.

Plus these are charters so a customs situation would be a lot faster and probably even barely a blip on their radar for the course of the entire days schedule.

@ikefort80 They hosted at a time with less teams and lower attendance rules. Without building more stadiums they would be unable to meet the current hosting requirements alone.
