Not trying to start a war in the comments. Just sharing opinion. The main difference is usually the added fat/ oil from frying.
• Boiled eggs: high protein, fewer calories.
• Fried eggs: still high protein, but if cooked in butter or lots of oil, more calories and fat and in some levels of fitness that matters TONS!
They both work because the protein is what matters most. You can get a good anime physique. A fried egg only becomes
"less healthy"
Nothing glamorous, the process never is. Loyalty, commitment to the process and hard work.
