@Coach_Koch_Lynx @ALHSVollleyball How many coaches are good with kids missing off-season work outs and open gyms during the in-season of another sport or activity? Kids push through both because unspoken rules are still rules.

@Coach_Koch_Lynx @ALHSVollleyball For either scenario the parent/coach driven mantra seems to be "keep moving 24/7/365". Rec leagues and neighborhood games have been replaced by a year round churn of school and club sports, all with the promise of D1 glory. It worked here, but is it best practice?
