This is why I boast about @AmericanAir … I’ve been flying with them since I was a young teen and I’ve NEVER had to experience anything less than top tier treatment.

@united canceled flights with no explanation or accommodations, rude and unhelpful ticket agents, customer service representatives who were completely uninterested in hearing what I have to say and assisting in any way they can. SMFH.
