@CKNW We saw him yesterday as he was blocking the highway trying to deflate his tires enough to go under. We called the Langley RCMP non-emergency number and they transferred us to Highway patrol. We got a recorded message telling us they do not take calls about non emergency issues!
Repost for a chance to win a travel gift card, two-night hotel stay, and a pair of game tickets to see @UW_Football in the Sugar Bowl!

Brenda Locke, the Grinch of Surrey, deceives with financial shackles. Reneging on the 2018 police vote, winning by a mere 900 votes in 2022 – a traitor mayor. Lying about a $521 million extra cost for SPS, using secret votes, she evades accountability.Your time is up Brenda Locke
#Starbucks …so apparently it is not the Managers job to ensure proper staffing because it is her day off…so now at 35 minutes stuck in their drive through…oh! …and they can’t comp our drinks but do have someone washing windows in the closed store!!!
We’ve come a long way, and we’re excited to celebrate our 3rd anniversary as a police agency! To date, we’ve hired 336 sworn officers and 60 civilian employees to help build a progressive and modern police agency for Surrey that goes beyond the status quo. #SaferStrongerTogether
A key priority for SPS is to provide enhanced accessibility to information so we can be accountable to Surrey residents. We provide easy access to public board meetings, financial reports, collective agreements, and staffing levels. @JanetBrown980@GlobalBC@CKNW@MikeSmythNews Time to sit down for both sides and talk instead of using social medias. Do it the good old way, sit down behind the scene and try to come to agreement of some sorts. Then come to public.
@JanetBrown980@GlobalBC@CKNW@MikeSmythNews The province has the final say and name calling doesn't change that. The mayors plan doesn't align with any future provincial plan to move to regional policing and the creation of a provincial police force. Local jurisdiction and local accountability should be what this is about!
@JanetBrown980@GlobalBC@CKNW@MikeSmythNews Time to quit slinging mud, sit down, make a decision & stop wasting our precious tax dollars, when they could be used for something constructive for our community! Quit playing political games!
Being a part of a team where likeminded individuals prioritize community above all else brings me an indescribable joy. Our collective efforts to build a culture of care not only make a positive impact, but also create a better, more compassionate world for all.
Minister Farnworth is clear on the path forward for public safety in #SurreyBC is Surrey Police Service. Our members are proud to continue serving this community. #bcpoli#SurreyBC
“This is a rare opportunity to build a police service that is rooted in the principles, values and realities of today’s world, and a chance to redefine policing for Surrey”
