This week we’re raising awareness of the Aboriginal Child Placement Principle. There are 5 key parts to the #ACPP & the 1st is PREVENTION. This means that govts should support families to address risks, stop harm before it starts, & preserve families before they're broken apart.

The placement hierarchy is the most well known element of the Aboriginal Child Placement Principle #ACPP. It says when Aboriginal children are placed in out-of-home care, they should be placed with their family, kin or community rather than with strangers. RT if you agree.
