Seeing alot of transphobes angry at Jameela for saying she knew kids on puberty blockers when she was a kid

Claims from transphobes that Blockers aren't used to treat heavy periods/endometriosis or that they didn't exist before 2007, are completely and absolutely false:

Puberty blockers are not permanent. Loads of girls at my school were on them for very early heavy periods. This was in the 90s. I don’t remember hearing the outcry about how dangerous and evil they were then. Ah... But that’s because they were for cis kids so it was fine eh? 😶

We do give them to c1s kids to stop them growing taller at a young age, none of you complain about that.

@PsiANorg I've yet to experience a therapist who wasn't extremely abusive.
The key issue is that they have no idea what they're talking about because lived experience is the only thing that actually matters, and without it you're just going to hurt people.

@Cndnprsn @thepeacepoet99 Strangely enough, c15 people who want plastic surgery, just get it. And not one single person complains, they do not need to go through a segregated healthcare system.
